I like to include their alignment (chaotic good, chaotic neutral, lawful good...). It helps a lot to know how the character would react in some situations

I always have prompt questions I can answer to figure out/establish the character & a separate area for listing facts about them that can’t be generalized into the Personality, Likes, Dislikes, or Abilities sections. I sometimes use the separate area to explain how certain abilities work in detail!

•I really enjoy seeing or reading about their personal belongings, items they carry in their bag or that are significant to them in some way
