She has a nice color scheme and I think her cloud markings are unique. If you're open to critique, I would suggest making the lines in some areas a bit darker or thicker, particularly on her face. While I like the color scheme, it's not the best for creating contrast and that makes some parts a bit hard to see clearly. A good way to tell if your color choices look good is to convert the image to grayscale. If it doesn't look good in black and white, it won't look good in colors. It's just something you may want to consider. Overall, I think this is really well done. I wouldn't change anything about the design.
