More story about the update manager and the task scheduler (I haven't confirmed any of this with my stepdad yet so this is just what I want)
Because this game is set on an old computer, back when it was new many updates and patches were needed to fix the bugs. The update manager and task scheduler worked together for this and became good friends. However as the computer got older there wasn't many things to patch or fix, causing the update manager to be completely useless. This would mean the task scheduler would eventually have to get rid of him (probably at the players request) . Many other programs agree with deleting the update manager and find him annoying but the task scheduler does not. So the task scheduler keeps the update manager happy by giving him more "patches" even though they don't do anything (the update manager doesn't know they don't do anything)
I know this is long but I will maybe make comics or animations of them so the story is kinda neededNov 25, 2025
