Curious question for tea lovers out here - how do you take yours? Do you add cream or sugar? Milk?
I’ve never been a fan of tea, it never tastes like I imagine it will. I kinda want to like tea, but maybe I just don’t know how to prepare it? o3oJan 20, 2023

I usually take my tea without anything. I prefer saturated sorts, usually they are sweet enough by themselves, so I never add sugar. Tea with milk is just not mine. It seems to me that milk somehow interrupts the taste of the tea itself. I can only add a drop of honey, but this happens very rarely

I used to have just tea with my grandma when I was really young but I suddenly just stopped and started adding milk to it

Without anything just tea. I don't like it very sweet and with milk idk if I'm really the only one but the with milk feels scratchy in my neck while swallowing it

Milk tea is just, well, it already has milk.
Chrysanthemum tea is already sweet so it just can be drank as is.
Matcha is my favorite, though I usually mix in milk with the grounded matcha powder, for that extra
flavor

Lotsa sugar and honey! I wasn't that big into tea either but it helps with my bad tummy and anxiety so I've come to love it a lot! I always keep my kitchen stocked with different flavours to suit different moods and tastes, plus I like trying new things (≧ω≦)

Used to add cream, but now I just add sugar (splenda). Maybe try Bigelow’s French vanilla or caramel vanilla teas. They’re like the tea version of fancy coffee, which I can’t have because of the acid so they’re a nice alternative. I also like strawberry hibiscus, if you’re into fruity flavors.

I don´t drink mine with cream, sugar or milk. I have it with a teaspoon of honey tho! And some cold water. I hope that you´ll figure out this. Remember that there´s all sorts of teas; black, green, white, etc. There is also herbal, berries, fruits and spices. There is also different ways different teas can be prepared, such a whole sencha, matcha and bancha. I think the best thing you can do if you wanna see if tea is for you is to try the different types out. Some may prefer black tea and others herbal, etc. Just like how some likes to put milk and sugar while others honey. I´m sure you´ll figure it out and if you try and still don´t like tea, thats okay! Then you have tried it out at least ~

Usually I don't add anything cause I want the full flavor, but honey in chamomile tea takes me back to my childhood so I sometimes do it for the nostalgia

No sugar or milk or anything sweet. I have the fancy tea that if you put in anything sweet it takes away the flavor. But i do recommend this tea flavor watermelon and mint for the summer it's very delicious.

black, nothing in it. ruins the flavor. sugar and creamer is for coffee bc coffee is thicker and tea is more watery so it doesnt taste good with it. there are different tiers for tea, different strengths. a purely black irish breakfast is going to be strong and bitter vs a lady or earl grey which has floral notes same with a plain green tea vs putting a little lemon in it. dont fall for "flavors" there is no such thing as a desert tea. it will be gross. decaf versions are also less strong.
lemongrass, hibiscus, roobios, peppermint, lemon, chamomile, lavender, blueberry, and sleep teas are among the better herbal teas that are flavorful with out the need to add anything.
for black tea: a simple english breakfast, lady grey, earl grey, or darjeeling are great drunk black with nothing in it. I prefer decaf versions to curb caf bc theyre easy to drink multiples of.
for green tea, stay away from "matcha" for regular tea. matcha should be used for lattes. a lemon green tea oranother fruit + green tea or putting a little bit of citrius in it will curb the leaf flavor better.

Ohhh I love chamomile tea! I usually just add honey and lemon ^ ^ sometimes I'll just add milk I usually don't use sugar in tea
•
I love adding sugar and cream/half-n-half to it
it you add any cream/milk or whatever though you should only add the tiiiiniest bit or else your tea will be super weak. there's also a lot of different kinds of tea. i didn't used to think i was a tea drinker until i found the ones i like. My favorite is Chai tea, i love to over-steep it so that i can add more cream

•It entirely depends on the tea.
With black, chai or Thai tea I usually do milk and stevia.
With herbal or green teas u usually just drink it straight .

I love putting a couple teaspoons of honey and a few splashes of milk into my tea, especially when I'm having something like Chai, Earl Grey, or English Breakfast. When it comes to herbal and fruit teas, I'll just use honey. Love the taste!
•
i add a whole bunch of sugar with hot water, but on the warmer side. i hate scalding hot water
•
I just make mine homemade! :D
I do sometimes add milk depending on the tea I am making. I like to add golden syrup or sugar and sometimes I don’t :3

•I usual add a lot of sugar because I like to taste the flavor. I never tried milk or cream, only water, teabag and sugar.
