Character Designs for my comic
I had made these bois long ago, but i didnt like their designs anymore so i tweaked them a bit. I like the color scheme a lot, but i might change it up later down the road. not sure yet. anyway, if anyone has any suggestions on how to improve these designs, please let me know. i wanted them to be vaguely unsettling but not outright creepy.Apr 22, 2021#characterdesign

i like them a lot! there's not much to improve since they already look very good, i think you can try to give some variation to the arms (legs?) of the 3rd character, like making one or two of them look broken like the torso, or slightly longer/shorter (maybe the ones on the left and right longer so they immediately look like they're used mostly as actual arms)

Remember to make 'em easy to reproduce for you and without parts that you could end up forgetting. You said they're for a comic, so you must consider that you're going to draw them a lot

Maybe you should try using a darker black and experiment with flat colors to give some kind of shape. Also trying to distort the proportions as @revemorie said would be good.
Usually the best advice to this kind of things is just to let your mind go crazy without any care or gravity rule.

loving the character design and ideas, I think you should try to distort the proportions as it looks fairly humanoid, like an extended torso or a long broken neck
I don't think you need to change much design wise as it looks very appealing
