This is my list as a person that read heroes of Olympus series before Percy Jackson 
1. Leo
2. Percy
3. Jason
4. Annabeth

6. Hazel

Hazel and Frank are mostly at the bottom not because they are bad characters I just couldn't connect with them as much as the others
And I agree with the comments under me that I would rank Nico and reyna higher then most of them(and I don't accepted what happened to reyna at the Apollo series it wasn't in character!!!!!! )
(And how dare you put best boy at the bottom >:( !!! I'm joking its okay you think like that
