he is Julien's counterpart (and enemy) and is forced to travel with him as they are dragged in between universes. he has the ability to manipulate the absence of light itself, and cloaks himself in a skin of shadow. it behaves almost like a strange liquid, sticking to things, dripping off him and covering things in an absolute darkness. but it can also be sharp, brutal and deadly, cutting through flesh as if it were water. Julien knows this all too well.
the Darkness is ABSOLUTELY my favourite character in juliens story. he is ruthless and unpredictable and so fun to work with.
he also has a human form hidden under all his madness, but is too drunk on his own magic to want to give it up.
vinchi did Not invite him to his universe, but you can't have one without the other !! It's only a matter of time before he tracks them down
also - I wanted to say thank you to everyone who is invested in my little story :) one day i would LOVE to make it into a comic. I've had the story fleshed out for years but never really shared it; it means so much that you guys are so kind and supportive about it :') ♡May 9, 2024

I love this consept of them being a "can't have one without the other" idea! The Darkness looks awesome and all the creatures he can become (good teeth!!!).
