I made this after being exhausted trying to squish and squeeze myself to the "standards" of instagram. Trying to make art that was aesthetically pleasing, eye grabbing, had trendy colors, etc.

While also trying to keep my grades up, post regularly, and go to work. I just became so frustrated that I allowed myself to make something that I wanted to make.

Something I actually enjoyed making! Somehow this beauty came about! Since then, I've been making whatever pleased my spirit and have been loving it!!

So question: How are you when it comes to the balance of trying to maintain a following, being true to your art self, posting regularly, and other life responsibilities??Apr 20, 2021
