(X) QOTD: do you follow artists with artstyles similar/related to yours, or do you follow artists with different artstyles? 
I follow artists with different artstyles haha. there are artists I’ll follow cause they remind me of where I want my art to go, but most of the time I also follow others! realistic, paintery, landscape, etc.
I don’t want to only support or restrict myself to seeing one type of art! all of y’all draw so well

Different art styles, I see mine just enough, I don’t wanna see anything similar to it if I don’t have to xD

I follow the ones with different, but inspiring styles (lineless, textured, weird/eerie, sci-fi...) and also the ones that have a similar vibe to mine.
I think I’m pretty balanced when it comes to following other artists lol

•I follow artists who inspire me or are similsr to my art style, or are just really impressive or aesthetically pleasing

•Im the same, but I do like other art that fits aesthetics or themes. I absolutely love the old school anime look and pixels tho. I totally wana do pixels. I think following artists that are where i want my art to be helps challenge myself to do better and be different.

•I usually follow whatever I see and think "oh wow I really like this person's art" but to answer specifically, it's usually different art styles, I think mine is semi realism so I do tend to follow similar to mine as well, or something I would like to learn to draw so I'll follow the person to "observe" their art more

•I do both. I love work by fellow traditional specialists and comic writers, but seeing other unique mediums is also really cash money. Sometimes I follow just for something that’s largely different like photography

•I like both but over all the artists i follow have a cartoon leaning artstyle/semi realism. For landscapes i follow traditional painters. More of a simplified realism in terms of the style of the landscapes.

•Honestly the artist I follow fall into 2 categories 1. Lots of bright colors and 2. Very dark themes or more muted colors.
I think it’s cause my art has certain parts where the colors really pop like hair while other parts are more muted/darker like clothes.
