INFP|beginner digital artist| ND You know what I think is stupid? Adults treating 17 year olds like young children then expecting them to figure their lives out at 18.
Imagine having to ask to go to the bathroom, then 3 months later, expected to know what you want to do with your career.

I felt the same way when I turned 18. I was still in high school but literally the day after my birthday I make a single mistake and I’m getting lectured about how I’m an adult now and blah blah. Then I go to school and have to ask permission to go to the bathroom... So yeah I felt the exact same way and honestly it’s not realistic to know what you wanna do for the rest of your life. You haven’t even really lived yet.

The amount of adults I have see do this is ridiculous! Like even when you’re 19, 20, 21, etc you are still learning so much about how to be an adult and what you want to do in life. :/
