I go outside and touch some grass. But seriously though i usually would step outside for a bit and bask in the sun or talk with my friendd and ask them to hang out or just watch yt;read manga- basically resting !nodrawing! But if i reallly had an urge i would draw doodles (not clean) :D

Rest is a good start. You can also just let ur hand doodle with crayons. Go out in nature, go out in general( it might inspire you). Do DTIYS or draw photos from Pinterest. Watch reels and see if any of the audios touches u in a way that inspires.
It might take awhile but eventually u figure out what works

Honestly I take a lot of breaks and do other things I love!! (Pretty sure I’m neurodivergent so I collect hobbies like crazy lol) I mostly bake, game and needle felt when I need a break, but going outside is really helpful too!! Sometimes I just need a nap haha
To get back into drawing I limit my social media use pretty heavily since it can make me feel like a “bad” artist, and look at Pinterest for inspiration for pieces usually based on real life references instead of art references, and try to just create and feel without much care for the outcome of the piece itself.
Sometimes just leaving the house can give inspiration for art though. I try to romanticize my outings, so I dress up and listen to nice music or go out with someone I care about. Everyone is different but I have to make myself yearn to go out in order to actually leave my house hahaha

Take a break, and when you do get back into it try doing something new! Social media and comic making is what burns me out the most, so sometimes drawing something unrelated to either of those helps

I living with Exhaustion Syndrome and you will never go back to normal self if you enter it.
Some days are more creative other not so much. Thats life.

It's best that you take a break, as long as it's needed, because forcing yourself will not help with the burn out. In the time you rest just surround yourself with things that inspire you, what things that you enjoy and like and give you motivation to draw. And don't feel guilty that you rest, it ok to take a break from time to time. And when you feel a little motivated try to doodle, don't think too far about your art, just enjoy the process as much as you can, it doesn't need to be perfect or polished. Also you can just recreat some stuff for yourself looking up different backgrounds or even still life like objects, nothing to fancy, just for practice or to change things a litte bit. Small steps! It's hard to know when the burnout will go away it may take some time, but it will pass eventually, just rest well!
