"Luna" means "moon", "Ren" = fox, "Oxx" = night, and "Lang da Oxx" litteraly means "NightLanguage".

- The population level is kept under control, parents have to obtain permission to give birth to a child. In the event of a unplanned pregnancy, parents can always request late permission.
