Depends on the issue.. But honestly there a many sources starting with the internet, hotline for different kind if issues or websites where u can find experts for specific topics and just try to contact them :3 or ask your family/friends if they know someone that has knowledge/ skills in that area u need help with

Ah man that sucks- never happened to me I recommend if it’s something like wondering about character design or something to just watch a lot of videos and if that doesn’t help Google’s always good my man :D
