You know, maybe it's not all over the place. Maybe you just haven't found the styles you're most comfortable with, so you experiment a lot. At least this is the stage I am at. It's both challenging and fun. I think it's ok to try different things for a while before moving on to something more consistent.
I do have this concern that the style I eventually decide upon will be less popular with my viewers than, say, more generic anime style. You saying that drawing however you want is ok makes me feel better about it ^^

Ngl I'm able to do so many different things in different ways now and it SLAPS (still a lot of stuff i wanna do but i can't but I'm gonna get there)
I want to be able to cultivate as many different styles as possible because there's nothing cooler than being able to for example transcribe the same image in 20 completely different ways
