Also next time you race a kid make sure to put some sort of cash prize in there, for example, if they win or u fall again they have to pay up. Yk like a participation award for u. And you can lose on purpose kids have really inflated egos they wouldnt know. That way at least you’re getting paid extra, kids dk anything about money anyways so they’ll prob steal from a parent and they’ll gladly pay in return for winning

This is professional advice from someone who’s ran varsity cross country for 2 out of the 3 years that I’ve been running for school if there’s anyone who knows anything about races its me
