I feel there's proportion issues, like some parts are a bit too far or too near. Just a smidge. I don't know what your reference looks like, but I feel like the eyes are a bit too big for the face, and too near to the nose, unless if she's a child?
Also agree with what that other person said about the arm.
One thing that's helped me overcome these issues most of the time is to measure things based on other body parts! Like measuring distances of facial features using the length of eyes. The nose is usually at least one eye length below the eyes.
As for body proportions, look up the 8 or 7.5 heads measurement structure. 8 heads is easier to learn because math akdhksjs
I was definitely adversed to using this measurement at first because "using heads instead of centimetres?? Weird" but after being forced to use it in art school IT'S HELPED SO MUCH
