There are plenty of monsters in the world, and they don’t just come out on a full moon.Gil’s great-grandmother struggled after a vicious attack, but the last three generations have mostly been able to survive and thrive under the circumstances. There are plenty of people still afraid of lycans in the world, but the likes of Gil are more interested in chewing on the couch cushions than people.
