Hello I have an important question! I’m trans, agender specifically- and I’ve been wondering if there is a surgery from female to both ? I have awful bottom dysphoria and I can’t find any resources that say there’s a surgery to do it. I’m not removing anything but I need to add male parts. I’ve looked as hard as I can online and there’s nothing I can find, and I also need to find a place able to do that surgery at all. I live in Ontario, if that helps at all. If you don’t know can you help me find others that do? I’ve looked everywhere and it’s getting really upsetting that there isn’t any resources for meJun 25, 2021

Do you have a professional you're seeing, or do you have access to a doctor/psychologist? I'd recommend at least emailing one And asking about your options and specifics about given surgeries
Surgeries can vary from place to place— 'bottom surgery' is usually expensive, and it's based around creating a neophallus. Perhaps searching that will help

•From what I've heard about bottom surgery is that it can be risky and expensive.. however I haven't really done my own research but it is definitely a thing

I don’t know of any surgeries that do what you’re looking for but taking testosterone will cause bottom growth which may relieve some of your dysphoria

•Bottom surgery to add male parts is 100% a thing! I’d try to look into trans surgery recourses! I don’t know of any personally, but I think looking up stuff like “bottom surgery” might help push you in the right direction!
