M&M Guard Cookie
M&M Guard Cookie is head of the guard in the cloud kingdom. She's also the main protector of rainbow Cookie. She's takes her duty very seriously because she's cares for him as if he were her own son. She's pretty aloof and serious but is willing to show a bit more emotion around rainbow Cookie. Since she never leaves his side she hangs out with him in the library. This means she's also aware of the fountain drying up. She's tries to bring it up to the king and queen but has been told that if she indulges in his "fantasy" she'll be fired.
