Do you ever put yourself in your OC's place and act out scenes and conversations with them?

I do that a lot. I swear to fucking god, my passion for art got me interested in so many things.
Music. Acting. Psychology. Writing and WorldBuilding. Cultures of different countries. What's next? The life under the sea and ocean? Hahahaha (Yes... Under the sea Under the sea)

I like to act as my characters. It helps me a lot on putting their characters... Well.. Into their characters?
I try to move the way they would, I make poses they would, I speak in a way they would. I copy the expressions they would make.
It's just so much fun roleplaying as them with myself

What's really funny tho is when I roleplay the romantic moments between Hamza and Andol because technically, they're both my self-inserts.
So whenever I play as them, it both looks and feels like I'm casually commiting selfcest 💀

I do this occasionally. Was fun role playing their parts. More as a way to find ideas for my art and novel. Able to use myself as reference for illustration. Moreover, improves our acting skill, haha.
Yes, I do. I usually keep it to myself, but I do it to a point where I mumble all of what's happening to them when they speak to another oc. It's too fun not to do it, but it makes my family worry about me.
I do exactly as you do but add the everyday. I felt way too identified with your description
No. I cannot pretend to be someone else.
It's very difficult for me.
It's a little silly thing I do at 3am
Yes! It's so fun to do it, it really helped me with developing them and adding small things I wouldn't add otherwise to make them more interesting
Since some of my characters are dnd characters I have to do that when we play and its always so much fun. I still have to learn a lot about acting and how to portray my characters how they are but im working on that
I do it impulsively in my head all the time!
