I wanted to post more work than I did this weekend, but I was in so much pain and so awful. My posture with the seating I have isn't good for extended work time, and I find it gives me some wicked tension headaches. They feel like they turn into somewhat painless migraines, if that makes sense to anyone. The pain is low, but the side effects are ramped up (dizzy and nauseous are the chief complaints).
I'm not sure how best to resolve that issue without disrupting my "in the zone" work, as a new chair isn't feasible. I don't want to set alarms to remind me to get up
that'll ruin MY FLOW, BRO. But maybe a little yoga would be beneficial?Mar 3, 2025

If you put your arms down to your side in a L position, your table should be touching under your arms. If you’re painting you can get a cheap adjustable table top easel and prop it up to chest level with some books.
