SHUTEN 02
2/3 of the series of Shuten-Douji pieces I did! Still trying to get used to figuring out and using this new platform, but I'm liking a lot of the things it's trying to do! Looking back on this piece a year and a half later really makes me think of how much my work has changed and improved since then. It's always a nice confidence booster when you get to look back on your old work and see how much you've grown as an artist. If you don't do it, I suggest you do! Sometimes it's hard to realize just how much better we've become in the present moment. Taking a step back and seeing our journey in bigger chunks always helps to put your current work into context and to highlight your successes! So celebrate yourself!
