Is Spotify's ad-free Premium thing better than YouTube's ?

CONTEXT/RAMBLE:
I know I just asked a question, but I have another that hopefully might be answered here since everyone was quiet on Insta (which is completely okay, I don't expect anyone to answer).

Basically- since YouTube is increasing their Premium cost to like 15 per month, I'm wondering if I should try Spotify for music instead. Idk if it's accurate, but Google says it's about 10 per month.

Personally, I don't mind ads too much since it helps pay YTers but sometimes I wanna listen non-stop to music, without 30+ second unskippable ads.

I use Spotify personally, much better than YT music in my opinion if you're on mobile, you can get an ad blocker if you use a computer.
You don’t have to pay for Youtube Premium to avoid ads (at least on desktop) if you just get Ublock Origin; it’s not an adblocker, but it does block Youtube ads.

If some sorta pop-up comes up from Youtube about you using an adblocker, you should be able to find some code to add into Ublock Origin to make that not happen if you Google it!
The only bad thing about ads in Spotify is that they are super LOUD! Way louder than your music.
I dont use any of these myself, I can only recommend apple music 😊
I'd say Spotify Premium is way better than YT Premium when it comes to solely listening to music - however YT premium also covers videos and for music you can always use YT Music which is also covered by premium - ig it depends on how much you watch videos? Xxx
personally i would wait for one of those spotify $10 for 3 months or even three month free deals because thats the only time i buy spotify premium
Honestly, just use Spotify for free. It's a bit of a drag to get started, but once it knows your music tastes, it gets really good at recommending songs. And the most it will put you through after the thirty minute adfree listening thing, is two ads, usually about ten to fifteen seconds long, with two songs in-between ads clumps, three if you are playing their playlists that they made for you.
Netflix, now Disney and YouTube price raising are absolutely absurd. The subscription era is honestly worse than the cable era.

If ya have an android, apks like revance for YouTube are something to look into.
who pays for youtube premium? download firefox and use adblock for youtube and the premium youtube plug ins. instant premium. unless youre an iphone user bc they cant use extensions.
I mean it depends on how you like to listen to music. Personally I don’t love Spotify because it plays me a lot do the same songs over and over again. My mom likes Spotify though and there are different kinds of plans where you can have multiple accounts ad free for a better price. But I’ve never used YouTubes music system so I can’t really compare it to that. I just use pandora because it gives me more variety and I just suffer through there ads. Pandora has a $6 dollar a month plan that’s ad free but I have no job so I don’t pay for it.
What the actual fuck are these prices, $10-$15?!??!! S C A M S I will listen to my ads
(This does not answer your question but I just learned this information so)
