I think her design looks very nice! I suggest that you don't show her eye through the hair. Also you could improve the way the elbows look, it seems off so I reccommend that you practice that. Have fun with OCs :)

•She’s so pretty!! The character design already seems very solid, but perhaps she would seem more lively if you used a warmer tone to shade her skin? With a combination of the pale tone and blues, it makes her seem sickly or tired, maybe even a bit scary. But if you’re intending to push those traits, then there’s no need to change anything there! :)
