If I can give you advice, start by following artists you like, commenting what you like in their drawings, posting your drawings with a short description of what they mean or how you did them, talking about topics in text posts, and answering to text posts that interest you. This way other users will slowly know you exist, and they might choose to follow you:) good luck but most importantly have fun!
