Her name is Remy, she is 7 years old and she is friends with Lara. She has an older sister..
Now here is the explanation that no one asked for: the clothes she is wearing are from her parents, who are famous witch hunters. She also wants to be a witch hunter and of course she doesn't know that Lara is a witch. When she was a baby, witches and humans were at peace, but after someone attacked the baby of the peace ministers (I mean Remy), a war started and humans started hunting witches.
