Zeta (Lupin III OC)

This is my other Lupin Oc, Zeta! He's a bionic bounty hunter who's in the part 5 anime timeline! Basically his mission originally was to kill Lupin, because the person who sent him basically said "Hey if u kill Lupin the third I'll grant you your freedom ". Because Zeta was cooped up in a lab for the majority of his life, ever since childhood to adulthood, scientists always performed experiments on the poor boy, as he grew up they built more and more mechanical parts onto him, but stopped once he reached adulthood. He's still sort of a work in progress but I hope y'all like him so far! :,0
