Something like NileRed's yt videos where you breakdown the elements of an object to turn it into something else (turning cotton into cotton candy or turning plastic gloves into grape juice)

Maybe you could do something related to climate change and the climate crisis that we're in rn?

Do you like space? A topic that I think is really interesting is In Situ Resource Utilization (using resources in space to support space missions). Something more related to daily life could be some kind of look into alternate power generation. Some cool work being done now with solar power generating windows!
