I feel that it’s an occurring problem when people of any age try to change themselves in order to fit in and when they also put everyone else’s opinion over their own which results in them being unhappy. I’ve gotten told numeroussss times that Kegin looks like a girl, that I should give him shorter hair, or that he looks like this character, etc. but he is my character. I’ve been developing him for around 6 years now and I love the way he looks and is. But people don’t have the mindset I do about things like that. ⁣

Sometimes people would feel obligated to change because people said so or they believe if they looked/acted a certain way that they’d fit in when in reality being yourself is literally the best thing you can do for yourself. ⁣

Trying to fit in is only going to hurt you in the long run and if you can’t fit in then great! You were obviously born to stand out then :3 Being true to yourself always will bring around people who will appreciate and care for who you are. ⁣
