Suggestive content, DNI UNDER 16Idk if this is just me having a dislike for tiktok but Is anyone else annoyed how some other apps are trying to copy tiktok. like Instagram has the whole reels thing, YouTube has shorts, Pinterest kinda has something like that too. I get why those apps are doing it but at the same time, the reason I have stuff like Instagram is cuz I don’t want to be on tiktok. This is mostly complaining about Insta but yeah :/Aug 7, 2022

I never downloaded Tiktok because I heard about it being extremely sus when it comes to to privacy and also how bad the users are

It’s gotten to the point where even Wish has it! I mean it’s not exactly the same but why the hell do we need videos to scroll through on Wish?? You can even like them ??

I don’t know why these companies that makes millions, and sometimes billions even need to market off of TikTok’s success.
Out of all the companies on this planet, I wouldn’t recommend trying to copy off of Tiktok because of their shady past that few know about. (Not saying these other apps aren’t shady.)

I hate it so much damn much my youtube has started to go straight to the Shorts whenever I open the app. If I wanted to see tiktoks, I go to tiktok, not youtube, not Instagram, not any other app. not to mention the tt algorithm is kinda good for me (at least more so that YT shorts) so when I go onto youtube shorts all of the content I get is like teenage dirty blond / brown haired boys complaining about every minority in existence, those family content channels, clickbait/stuff with extremely exaggerated reactions to the most normal shit in existence, or a video that has 2 likes from like someone who is below the age of 10 years old singing or dancing or playing with toys or smth
