The forehead is WAY too large, you could probably fit two brains in that forehead.
The nose (at least I think that's the nose)bis way too high, so you might consider lowering it. Also, her shoulders are too narrow. Generally, women's head fit two and a half times on their body width, so you could enlarge them.
