If they have previous winners check on those
some competitions might only consider photo realism unfortunately so if you submit something other than that it’s out :/

•Yeah, what's the theme or limitations or other rules to submitting art? I'd probably say submit the one you're most proud of so, even if you don't win, you still used the best piece in your opinion and can say you gave your best

Traditional fine Art. Gallery ready (with a frame or at least matted, frame ready/ canvas as is is fine for a painting. whether it's a pic or youre sending it in presentation is a judged art skill)
Something that shows off an advanced understanding of basic fundamental concepts. Even when submitting a portfolio to a school for concept art to get into the program they specifically wanted that. "Don't submit character art and concepts" and they allowed 1-2 digital arts but wanted examples from all mediums even when you'd mostly be doing digital art.

Do they have a theme or is just anything allowed? Is there something you know they might like that you are able to do/want to do?
