use a bunch of layers for a sketch and delete all except the final then finish the rest of the piece on like 4 layers, i also mainly use one brush and it depends on which one i start with so my pieces look very different if i’ve switched the brush

I don’t always erase lines I don’t like before redrawing them, so my sketches end up looking pr messy.. I also tend to jump around with the colouring like I start colouring a lot of places at once instead of finishing one part a time

I make multiple layers while sketching, hiding them the closer I get to a final draft. I also always color the eyes last.

Idk if this weird but I always listening Lucid Pixul on yt for first beginning everytime I draw, then listen asmr or tarot for the next

When I line art, I find myself holding onto the table??? I hate linearting so it could be an unconscious grip of disdain.

I don't use the bucket tool eithet because I still haven't figured out how to make the white lines go away and I'm already used to colouring manually now. I really like colouring like that anyway, it's the most relaxing part of drawing. I guess a habit I have is that I always start a sketch with the head, but have to make it smaller in the end because I ALWAYS draw it too big

:0 face last?? thats amazing whaaaa howd u do that :000 anyways for me i usually make the same expression as the person im drawing lolll idk if it's weird since i know quite a few artists who do that too XD it's why i avoid drawing angry or sad characters-

I always have multiple layers of lineart before I merge then.

Idk if that’s weird or just dumb but I never flip my canvas until I’m almost done with the lineart
Then I just almost cry cause it looks so weird

For me, I never do base colours then shade when everything's done- as in, I'll work on just one thing and only move on to the next when everything, including shading, highlights, etc. Are done

but yea i dont think i have any weird habits or if i do i dont know theyre weird, hah
