Outfit August 2022 2: Underdress & Accessories

Its been hard to find a good color that matched the light blue of that pen, but a couple copics get pretty close. (Unfortunately its that lightest pen that died yesterday @.@).
I never was consistent with the sword, so I took the halfway result of the top spikes popping upwards when unsheathed. Why does it have a skull? Well, I was a huge Legacy of Kain fan during these years so you’ll see references to that XD. It was probably meant to look like a cheesy (on purpose) Soul Reaver. I kinda like it. The hole in the middle was added at some point, maybe in 2001, so she could spin it around. Its an odd and useless feature but thats standard for Neo Black 9.
The blue might get a biiiiiit inconsistent since my replacement pens are gonna take a bit to get to me. But know that the one shes wearing in the full body is the one I intend.Aug 2, 2022
