Sea Dragon WIP
Hey y’all! I’ve been working on this a bit cuz I wanted to try again with some color pencils. I usually hate them as a medium cuz I just don’t like the look of it but in the past I’ve tried with light pressure and bright colors letting the papers texture through and I liked to I thought why not! I really like sea dragons and wanted to do one as well. I feel like I’m not done with this but I don’t know where else to take it. I have some shapes around it in my first sketch but I’m not sure about it, what do you think? I don’t really like doing stuff specifically like bubbles and all but I don’t know, I wanna use more colors like pinks and blues but oh well. Any ideas?Mar 7, 2023#seadragon

I was thinking a large blue swirling tribal pattern or solid blue seaweed patterns in the background but then I thought it would be too distracting. Perhaps a small solid plain background with faded corals in it white highlight around the lineart. Just my thought!
