@masslo's post on Artfol
I know being negative isn't the right way and if someone is too sensetive to that kind of stuff pls don't read it
I just really need to kinda let my feelings out, and I'm not trying to seek attention or something
So I am in the worst artblock I've ever had, and it feels like there is no escape from it. Everything what I do feels so wrong and ugly and simply painful to look at. Someone myight think it might be motivating to become a better artist, but in my case I just can't even look at my artwork to find out whats wrong with it and if I notice a mistake it will haunt me and make me feel soooo miserable and worthless. And it's just I feel in my life overall. Everyone is doing stuff, even small things, like playing a game and enjoying it, and I'm just sitting in the corner of this room of life crying like a baby... And it's not like I'm not trying to do and enjoy things. I do but even if I succeed (witch happens extremely rarely) it feels kinda like "ok nice
"
Aaand I lost the point of what I was trying to say idk I will just upload it nowFeb 22, 2021

Artblocks are hell. I think the best thing to do is to 1) draw something one usually doesn't do and not set any expectations for it, just going for it no matter how it will turn out, if you assume the worst you probably will be pleasantly surprised 2) draw something with a pen that you can't erase to focus less on the mistakes and more on doing something and getting better. These things helped me when I had an artblock. I'm sorry you're going through this, and you don't have to take my advise if you only wanted to vent. Hope you'll be able to beat this dumb artblock soon
