This looks amazing! For more fluffy clouds you could use toilet paper, make it a little bit wet, put some color on it and dab on the paper

It seems to me that everything fluffy looks fluffy because it consists of a lot of fluff or fibers or water droplets, etc. And the maximum density of such things will be where there are a lot of fibers, that is, in the center of the object. Therefore, the brightest and most dense color will be where the clouds are layered on top of each other, and at the edges the sky will shine through them.
