The silly doodles and sketches are amongst some of my favourite attacks! Absolutely you can! The only thing is they’ll score less if points matter to you but art fight ultimately is about having fun and having a wholesome time drawing for each other

When you upload an attack, you have to correctly categorize it & there are options for lower-effort pieces! If you do sketches, it’d be categorized like…
Finish: “Rough Sketch” or “Clean Sketch/Lined/Lineless”
Color: “Uncolored” or “Rough Color”
Shading: “Unshaded” or “Minimal Shading”
Background: “No/Minimal Background & Photograph” or “Pattern/Abstract”

•I think I saw somebody one year who exclusively did post it note drawings. You can literally do whatever you want. There’s now categories for knitting and video games

You can spend whatever amount of effort you want, but don't forget to enjoy and have fun during the event :3

seconding lila, overall technically yes! the point gain wont be as much as a full piece but you can still submit sketches

When you upload a piece you choose how much effort is put into it, there are different categories like sketch, lineart, no colour, flat colours, fully shaded, etc so you can choose the lowest option
