She can make illusions from her own head and they can be anything but they aren't physical. Her quirk can only go so far so if someone gets away from her they will see reality. If she touches you she can make it so you cant see her in the illusion.
The downside of her powerful quirk is she constantly has another voice in her head. The more she uses her quirk the more her illusions happen to her.
After 15 minutes of using her quirk the voice gets louder.
After 30 minutes she starts to see things.
After 1 hour she can feel the physical touch of the things she sees.
And after 1hour and 30 minutes her illusions start to try to kill her.
