As someone's suggested, there is picarto. I didn't stream there for a while, but as far as I remember, it's pretty chill over there, not too popular, easy to setup (there is a tutorial for OBS) and the dashboard for the stream is quite intuitive, imo. I do intend to stream there again someday.

YouTube, it’s not art specific, but some artists have been able to find success in streaming over there instead of Twitch.
