She's the literal personification of "beauty is pain" and she never looks not-amazing.

Dagmar is basically Glauco's "Bigger sister" of the fashion world. She took him under her wing whenever they had work together and they became besties. He confided so much in her (still does)

Her no bullcrap personality isnt for everyone but it works so well for Glauco. They did promise eachother to always look stunning no matter the occasion but Troy compromised Glauco into coziness. For multiple reasons
