You did a really good job on the background and the many poses, even though it's a bit covered up.
I think you meed to work a little on facial anatomy, it's easy to find some good guides of you google it. I recommend going for the ones with realism over anime, even if you aim for an anime style. It helps a lot with understanding anatomy better!
Aside from that I think she needs some highlights as at the moments there are only shading here, which I think you did fairly good on. I think it would bring out your drawimg a lot if you try!
