Ok so I have something to say like a mini story
I was scrolling through tik tok and I saw this video about
Forcefully opening your “third eye” and I was like ok and I continue watching the video and was talking about that forcing your third eye to open can cause you to see this black figures everywhere and things like that and I am like hold on when I was young like 2 years ago I COULD NOT SLEEP without lights on because I kept seeing this figures and faces EVERYWHERE in Shadows , TV reflection and also in the corner of my eye and I am like did I somehow open my third eye and started seeing all of this I don’t really believe in all that stuff but it really got me curious since I also saw those thing.... Then there was another part where it said that if you don’t forcefully open you third eye you can see your like guardian angel and all that stuff I personally don’t believe In all of that and It might be that my imagination was just WILD
lol I would not even dare to open my third eye if that really exist I am already traumatized by all the figures I saw in the dark hell nah but yeah is really interesting tho I am doubting myself about all of that. I am Christian but everyday I just doubt myself whenever a God or a Goddess does exist oof

To me this is a lot of misinterpreted stuff right here ( on the people opening their third eye part, not yours )
Firstly, the third eye is not an eye or something like a superpower to be activated. The third eye is a point on ones body that is a strong energetical point, located just above the eyebrows
This "third eye" is actually the point were the mind chakra is believed to be
The mind chakra is related to your spirit, inner force of mind, thoughts and connection to yourself and the world around you
You cannot forcefully open a chakra, it does not work like that, and the side effect mentionned have to me more to do with a bad use of energetic in general and your brain responding to it =^=
People that see things ( etheral things like angels and fays) are called clairvoyant
They can see things because they have a particular se sensibility to energies from an early age and constantly, and they also trained themselves to feel this sensibility better
That sensibility can momentarly happen to anyone however, depending on multiple factors
So, in all, don't believe in people talking about opening their "third eye" though other means than meditation and keep in mind that it mainly mean using the mind chakra
As for what happened to you, I think it would be closer to your brain tricking you in response of a lot of stress or something that happened that might have shocked you more than you thought

When I was 12, I was scared of stuff like that. One night passed out after seeing something right next to door, dunno what I saw tho... But it was right after I remembered some seeing-devils-magic scam videos lol

Ok I'm just commenting here because I want to add to the whole "seeing figures and shadow people"
I was once prescribed some medication that was a bit too much for my age in dosage so basically I just got high for 3 weeks without anyone noticing somehow and one of the side affects I experienced was insomnia because I hallucinated that I saw faceless shadow people descend from my walls and ceiling when I would sleep so I was afraid of sleeping but then again I'd still sleep because I was exhausted :/
So that's my contribution to that occurrence...
