•Definitely female for quick poses but men for in depth anatomy studies I think. Too many lumps and bumps in dudes but with women it’s all flowy

Def female, I love how much curve and different body types there are to them and it’s so fun to draw either buff, chubby, thin, curvy, whatever it is I’ll take it, also cuz I’m gay asf.

•I prefer female because I’m more familiar with the shapes, but I really enjoy working from a male model. In my figure drawing class we had all female models except for one day and that one day with the male model was my favorite because I could explore shapes that I really had to think about before putting them down

•I prefer to draw the female form because it is difficult for me to predict how soft forms will bend when posing/twisting. Skin is very beautiful to draw in figure.
