2 Corinthians 12:7-10

Because of the abundance of the revelations. Therefore, that I might not become too elated, a thorn was given to me, an Angel of Satan to beat me, to keep me from being to elated. Three times I begged to the lord about this, that it may leave me, but He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” I will rather boast most gladly of my weakness, in order that the power of Christ may dwell with me. Therefore, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and constraints for the sake of Christ; for when I am weak, then I am strong.

Some people don’t get it, that Christianity isn’t just something we follow, it’s what we are. Once you tell us to not talk about Jesus and the Bible and what it means to us, it’s like saying: “Hey, stop being yourself.” This isn’t to point fingers or hate, it’s to show that this is who we are. Sometimes I ignore God, then I feel empty, like a piece of me is missing. Then I need to run back home.Jul 24, 2024

I just kinda die constantly inside- I’d like to hope that deciding to (trying to-) read and pray every day will help my suffering be worth something. I wish that my life would become better than it is (which is funny because it’s already great, I just expect too much…).
