Have you guys ever accepted a bunch of requests/taken on a big project that someone is waiting on and never completed it? A big project you were NOT ready to take on? Or requests that you dont even feel like doing but just cant say no? Do you feel guilty/did you feel guilty? If you did, how did you deal with the guilt? Did you ignore your problem and responsibility until it felt like it was too late and feel disappointed in yourself for probably disappointing them?
