@icarus_night's post on Artfol
I was wondering, if its rude to ask the artist im doing an art trade to not post my part of the trade? I mean, im not planning on posting their part. A bit of another question, I asked the same artist a while ago for a commission and they posted it in their account without asking me first, they just, did it, is that bad? I didnt wanted it to be showed because I thought of it as a personal thing but I dont know if its rude to ask them about that stuff. Hope this is understandable, english is not my first language

I don’t think it’s rude. It’s your trade. I would always ask if the person I’m trading with is cool with me posting it first and then tag them accordingly. But if they are just posting it anyway without asking I would talk to them to get it taken down if you don’t want it public.

•I don't think its rude, its your half you should be able to control it.
I usually ask before posting commission art.

•Never hurts to ask for the art trade thing! For me, we both agree if we wanted to post it or not before starting the trade!
The commission one, if the artist has it in their terms of service that they’re allowed to post, then they can because you agreed to it when you asked them to draw for you. But again, you can always ask to take it down because it is your commission and I’m sure they’ll be understanding about it

•Well, you can always ask before hand and then say if you'd like it posted or not. In my opinion it isn't rude! ( ´ ▽ ` )
