Oh man, I think i know why they think this...... Kazuha uses a shorter male model as his character base. Some people in the fandom think ANY of the shorter characters are "minor-coded". Thing is.... short adults exist, lol (im one!). And some of the shorter Genshin characters are ABSOLUTELY adults. If you actually pay attention to the game you'd guess which ones are possibly teenagers, and which ones are Definitely Adults. Kazuha is a samurai in exile.... Definitely An Adult, lol.
