I just finished playing Assassin's Creed Revelations, and honestly, they couldn't finish Ezio's story worse 
so disappointed, ngl. I liked this trilogy a lot overall, but this last game felt almost unnecessary since it didn't add anything to the story. So much potential wasted 
Ac2 was really fun tho, definitely the best chapter
At this point I'm questioning whether going for Ac3 next or nah, to complete Desmond's story

that's interesting bc revelations was actually my favorite out of the ezio trilogy 
although it's a bit removed from ac2 & brotherhood so i kinda get it. i liked ac3 a lot more than i expected, the templar vs assassin conflict gains a bit more nuance and the gameplay is fun. it takes a while to get on its feet but i liked it nonetheless

third game is defined worth it, especially since it introduced the best mechanic in the entire series via ship exploration
