OK, now I'm understanding the hate for AI art now. Websites like Medibang and DeviantART are on this AI art trend BUT, AI artist are free to make AI art off of YOUR work. The issue with DeviantART is that there's inactive and dead accounts from users who had either tragically died or moved on from the website. They won't be here to check off the opt out option which basically forbids AI artist to use their work.Nov 11, 2022

I've listened to a couple of good podcasts about it recently and it's an unavoidable dumb mess that is already in the world and can't be pushed back so yaaaaaaaay science but also nooooooo not like that.
